Aluminum Silicate Ceramic Fiber Board is a rigid fire-resistant insulation board made mainly from ceramic fibers (aluminum silicate fibers) through vacuum forming or wet forming processes. Compared with flexible materials such as ceramic fiber cloth, tape, and paper, ceramic fiber board has stronger rigidity and better dimensional stability. It is often used as furnace lining, insulation layer, backing plate, and fireproof partition, and is a commonly used insulation structural material in high-temperature industries.

Attention: Ceramic fiber textiles contain about 15% organic fibers. However, during the first use, as the temperature increases, the organic fibers in the product will gradually carbonize and turn black, and there will be smoke. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect use. As the temperature continues to rise, the product will gradually turn white again, and the organic fibers have been completely carbonized. The product is made entirely of high resistant inorganic materials such as ceramic fibers.
